Welcome to Poem at the Edge.

By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Orders

Each piece is individually designed and crafted by Poem at the Edge using a domestic knitting machine (Passap). As an independent designer and manufacturer, I personally manage the entire process, from design and production to quality control and shipping.

Pieces are produced in limited quantities or made to order. Orders are subject to availability and acceptance. If an order cannot be fulfilled, you will be notified and fully refunded.

Production & Shipping

Orders are prepared and dispatched within approximately 1 week after purchase, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Delivery times are estimates only. Poem at the Edge is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Product Information

Each piece is unique. Slight variations in colour, texture, measurements, and finish are natural characteristics of handmade knitwear and are not considered defects.

Colours may vary depending on your screen or device.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Euros (€).

Shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, and local charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Returns & Cancellations

Please refer to our Returns & Cancellation Policy for information regarding returns, exchanges, and cancellations.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Poem at the Edge does not cover or reimburse return shipping fees.

Intellectual Property

All designs, photographs, knitwear patterns, text, graphics, and branding belong to Poem at the Edge and may not be reproduced or used without permission.
