Return & Cancellation Policy

Made-to-Order Pieces

Each made-to-order piece is handcrafted specifically for you after your order is placed. Due to the nature of this process, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun, except where required by applicable law.

Please read each product description carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions regarding sizing, materials, or fit, we are happy to assist you before you place your order.

Ready-to-Ship Pieces

Ready-to-ship items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned in their original condition with all original packaging and tags.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or an incorrect product was sent.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@poemattheedge.com, including your order number and photographs of the issue. We will resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, production or order preparation may already have begun, and we may no longer be able to accommodate cancellation requests.
